I am impressed with NJ Residency hospitality during my entire stay, From the day 1 of check in till check out on last day the room was cleaned and all amenities were in place. The NJ Residency is new property and it is made sure meets requirements of the guests the Hotel is also situated near to DLF Cyber City and commute is very convenient. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. We were welcomed and helped in quickly. The rooms we stayed in were clean, well lit and spacious. Everything was well maintained, bed sheets were clean and we found the stay to be comfortable - as a family. If you are looking for a good place to stay in this area, I would recommend it! The suite we stayed in had: - Kettle with provisions to make tea/ coffee - Mineral Water Dispenser - Dining Table and Sofa - A/C in rooms, and each room had its own keyless card entry and a washroom attached to it - Toiletries were also provided - toothbrush, paste, soap, shampoo ~ Merryl A

I booked rooms to accommodate my relatives coming to attend an event at home. I found NJ residency close to my house. When I visited the place I was amazed to see how clean it has been maintained. It's a star rated rooms within your locality. With lift, AC, toiletries, towels, tea and coffee bags, high speed wifi, etc. Very much suitable for single travellers for official travels and an awesome place for a whole family stay. NJ Residency is a clean and well-maintained place, ideal if you’re looking for accommodation near Chennai airport. Each room has a separate card-lock system, similar to hotels, which adds a good sense of safety. There is a common dining area and a reasonably well-furnished kitchen (though a fridge would have been a useful addition). Mr. Noor, the host, is very accommodating and helpful. He kindly arranged both an early check-in and a late checkout for us, which made our stay more convenient. Breakfast is outsourced, simple, and complimentary. It was a wonderful stay at NJ residency. I had a meeting with a big company nearby and was so tired, I was finding a good place nearby and saw NJ residency and booked it. What happened next was amazing. Despite of being a guest house sort of place, the staff were very kind hearted and professional. The place was 2BHK and nobody was residing in my adjacent room so I had the entire 2BHK flat with me. It was super clean, with toiletries, generally you don't get toiletries at such places but they give you clean towels, toiletries, a great breakfast and the care makes all the difference. The owner is a retired Air India asst. General Manager. A great and very professional gentleman, warm hearted and very tech savvy and knowledgeable. We had several business discussions as well. It was pleasure to know about his son also. Overall it was worth the money, in fact I got more value than the money I paid. Feedback on Stay at NJ Residency, Chennai Dear NJ Residency, My name is Madan Kumar from Bangalore. I recently traveled to Chennai to attend the Seafood Expo at the Chennai Trade Center. I was referred by one of the hotel staff and finally booked a room at NJ Residency. I stayed in Room No 33 .in 3B The service apartment is well located near Chennai Trade Center and DLF. It’s a nice place to stay. I’d like to share a few suggestions to make the guest experience even better: *1. Housekeeping* Room cleaning should be done regularly, with towels and pillow covers changed. This will make it much more comfortable for guests. *2. Breakfast* Since it’s in Chennai, only South Indian breakfast is currently provided. For long-stay guests, a daily variety would be appreciated. The meaning of breakfast is to break the overnight fast, and as humans we naturally look for variety. Request you to please provide different varieties of breakfast. Wow what a good hospitable place , well located and safe place to stay with family and official visits. For this price the stay and rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. There is 24x7 security and ample car space. Located in residential area so free from noise pollution and smoke pollution. The manager and staff are courteous and respectful. Excellent place to stay for a short visit. Nice and clean room , good A/c facility with living area, good shower facility. They provided Great fresh breakfast.
